 Ribbon: Views tab Windows panel User Interface drop-down Text Window

 Menu: View  Display  Text WindowNot available in menus in the current workspace

 Command entry: 'textscr for transparent use

Summary

The Command prompt is displayed in a separate window. You can press F2 to switch between the drawing area and the text window.

When the Command prompt is hidden, you can turn it back on by entering commandline in the text window.

This command is ignored on dual-screen systems.
